1. Delivery Timeframe All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Karachi: Same day delivery.

  • Rest of Pakistan: 3-5 Working Days.

2. Order Confirmation (Important) To ensure authentic orders, our customer service team may contact you via WhatsApp or Call to confirm your address and order details before dispatching. Unconfirmed orders may be delayed.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 250 for all orders under Rs. 2,500.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000 (Currently, we are offering FREE Delivery nationwide for a limited time.")

4. Courier Partners We use Pakistan’s most trusted courier services (Trax, Leopards, TCS, M&P) to ensure your parcel reaches you safely.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and Email with a Tracking Number. You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier’s website.

6. Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or leaked during shipping, please contact us immediately with a short video proof so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery service nationwide. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for the rider to avoid any inconvenience.
